Jingsong Li received his PhD in Optics from Hefei Institute of Physical Science (HIPS), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), China, in 2008. After then, he worked as a Postdoctoral fellowship, Research scientist and Visit scholarship at Reims University (France), Max Planck Institute for Chemistry (Germany), and Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology (Switzerland), respectively.
He is currently a Professor in Anhui University (AHU), China. His research interests include working on development and implementation of high sensitive laser spectroscopy techniques for industry process control, atmospheric chemistry, soil ecosystems and marine environmental applications, and advanced digital signal processing algorithms.
He has authored over 100 papers (cited more than 800 times) as the first/corresponding author in the international SCI journals, such as Analytical Chemistry, ACS Sensors, Sensors and Actors B, Optics Letters, Optics Express, etc. He served as Technical Program Committee Chair, Topic/Session Chair, etc. for multiple international conferences.
He is also a member of several international academic societies such as the China Optical Engineering Association (COEA), SPIE, IEEE, and EGU, Associate Editor/Guest Editor of Frontiers in Physics, Chemosensors, Sensors and Journal of Laser Applications. He was ranked as the World’s Top 2% Scientists 2020 by Stanford University.
