Prof Dr. Jingsong Li, Anhui University , He is from China, He won the Best Researcher Award in the event of International Research Award for Excellence in Network Protocols, Technology and Communication by ScienceFather. Jingsong Li received his PhD in Optics from Hefei Institute of Physical Science (HIPS), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), China, in 2008.
